application and information provided by Universiti Sains
Malaysia are strictly confidential to your Company and
shall not be disclosed to any third party or used for any
other purposes without the University’s permission.
If the information
is revealed to another individual or company and may has
caused damage to the University, Universiti Sains Malaysia
has the absolute right to claim for breach of confidential
information and can seek injunctive or monetary damages
against the Company. In
addition, the Company hereby agree with the above
